Booking, setup and hire — a few useful things to know before planning your event.

How do deposits and payments work?

We take a 20% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due by the day of your event.

When do you set up?

Most setups can be completed on the event day, with access around six hours before the event starts. The time required depends on the size of the venue and the equipment involved, so we agree access and setup timings with you in advance.

Can I hire equipment without an engineer?

Yes. We offer both equipment-only hire and packages with setup and technical support or a sound engineer. Tell us what you need and we’ll help you choose the right option.

Which areas do you cover?

We cover Central Scotland and beyond. Include your venue or location in your enquiry so we can plan the right setup and quote for your event.
